Shipping

Please allow a 5-day turn around for all sales to be processed. If you have a special request we are happy to accommodate, please send us an email and let us know.
At this time we only offer shipping Australia-wide.
We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all small/medium items of $10. Please note that this does not include our wellness packs and other large items. Flat rate for the packs is $15.
Forever Believe takes no responsibility for damaged products due to shipping or loss or incorrectly delivered parcels by Australia Post. All products are securely packaged and clearly labeled.
Please note the delivery times for Australia Post do vary amongst each state.

Do you accept refunds?

Please choose carefully as we do not accept refunds.

Please note that Forever Believe will at no time sell or distribute any personal information. Your email address is only used for customer related information and to receive special offers, latest items, and discount codes.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes we do, please reach out via email and we will happily process this for you.
